Grant Laschowski

Wealth Management Consultant

With over a decade of experience advising high-net-worth individuals, families, and cross-border investors, Grant Laschowski brings a rare blend of investment expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and deep client focus to his role at Seven Hills. He is widely recognized for his work with business owners, professional athletes, entertainers, and internationally mobile clients navigating complex wealth planning challenges.

Before joining Seven Hills Capital, Grant was a key member of one of Raymond James Ltd.’s fastest-growing advisory practices - where he helped grow assets under management by over 400% and led the transition to a 100% fee-based cross border discretionary business model. He played a central role in portfolio construction, investment research, and client strategy, while also overseeing operations and business development.

Earlier in his career, Grant held a senior leadership role at one of Canada’s premier emerging markets investment firms. As one of the youngest senior managers in the company’s history, he was instrumental in launching a proprietary emerging markets mutual fund and driving sales across Central and Eastern Canada. He also gained experience as an equity trader, sharpening his technical analysis and risk management skills in high-volume environments.

Academically, Grant holds an MBA from Athabasca University, a BBA from the Goodman School of Business at Brock University, and a Diploma in Business from Niagara College. He also holds the prestigious Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation and is in the process of finalizing his portfolio manager registration with both the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) in Canada and the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States - reflecting his commitment to serving clients seamlessly on both sides of the border.

Driven, principled, and relentlessly client-focused, Grant is committed to delivering personalized, data-driven advice with clarity, transparency, and care.
